From the ingredient prep to the enjoying of it, Nordic food blogger Kristi of will lead guests in the preparation of two classic Danish open-faced sandwiches and one contemporary twist - all atop Kristi’s homemade rye and sourdough breads!

Class Fee: $25 for museum members; $35 non-members.
(Fee includes all ingredients and museum admission.)
Last date to register is Tuesday, September 3.  Space is limited!
